The 3102-6-FR is a cast iron gas nozzle that has a 3/4" NPT pipe size with a 1,000 Btu/h heating capacity. It features up to 25" W.C. maximum pressure and maintains stable flames at all pressures with exceptional turn-down characteristics.

The nozzle is suitable for use with high mixture pressures with different air-gas ratios. The unit can be used without any burner blocks with combustion tunnels that can be created from any of the high-temperature ramming cement.

The 3102-6-FR is quick and easy to install and can be added with pilots and flame failure protection devices.

These can generally ship within a few days, even when not in stock. The warehouse is closed today, however if you place your order online we can process it tomorrow and can update you with the expected shipping date. We do currently have 1 of the 1" (3102-8-FR) and 2 of the 1-1/4" (3102-10-FR) if you can adapt the pipe size from 3/4" as well. Also we have a qty-2 of the 3/4" atmospheric nozzles (3101-6-AN) which can often be substituted.
