Watts Series SS07F Stainless Steel Single Detector Check Valves

Series SS07F Stainless Steel Single Detector Check Valves are designed to detect any leakage or unauthorized use of water from fire sprinkler systems. During times of minimal water flow, the valve clapper remains closed so that the water flows through a bypass meter (optional). When fire flow is required, the increased demand will open the clapper to allow full flow.

This 0065140 8 IN stainless steel, single detector check valve for fire sprinkler systems is used in fire protection applications to detect leakage or unauthorized use of water in fire sprinkler systems. It consists of a stainless steel body construction with flanged connection, and stainless steel linkage parts. It is lightweight, non-corrosive, and can be installed in a horizontal or vertical position and has a gallons per minute meter. Maximum pressure is 175 psi (12.1 bar).
